  Slow service, I was assured my NHS discount would be added to my account the same day and I'm still waiting after nearly a month. No seating whilst having to wait over 40 minutes to be actually served.

  steer clear, wanted to upgrade from PAYG to a contract and keep the PAYG number, 5 weeks and 6 visits later the PAYG number has still not migrated over despite promises every week that it will.
